A few months ago my husband and I received an air-fryer for a present. I was a little skeptical at first, but after we cooked chicken for the first time, I was hooked.

The best benefit of air-frying is being able to enjoy a healthier version of all your favorite fried foods.  Although, we’ve tried a few other food items, without a doubt, the chicken is the best. But you can also air-fry steak, fish, fries, egg rolls, vegetables (keeps them crunchy and crisp). And in addition to frying, some air-fryers have the capability to bake, roast or even grill. So what are some of the benefits that you can expect with an air fryer?

  • Reduction in overall caloric intake by 70-80%
  • Lower in fat meals
  • No oil needed (but I usually use just a little)
  • Easy clean up

My only suggestion, do a little research first before you spend your money. Some air-fryers are better than others.
