  1. I’ve also heard that deep breathing helps your cells stay healthy. Anthony Robbins suggests inhaling for 4 seconds, holding your breath for 16 seconds, then exhaling for 8 seconds or a 1:4:2 ratio. Do a set of 10 deep breaths, 3 times a day. What are your thoughts?
